Ph.D. student in Urban and Regional Science
Sinan Zhong is a fifth-year doctoral student in Urban and Regional science at Texas A&M University. She received the Master of Landscape Architecture degree and the Certificate of Health Systems and Design from Texas A&M University in 2014.
Her areas of interest are sustainable and healthy community design and active living research. She is working on her dissertation research exploring key factors contributing to intergenerational communities and the impacts of intergenerational communities with physical environmental and social program supports on older adults’ intergenerational activity, physical activity, depression, and quality of life.
